Instruments
and Composers
1. Listen ONLY to the recommended
type of music for the first 2-3 weeks.
From YouTube, Spotify, your CD store,
or some other supply source, choose
Violin concertos by one or more of the
following composers:
Mozart (Amadeus)
Bach (John Sebastian)
Vivaldi (Antonio)
Classical Western music and composers are recommended because other music therapy programs have used them, thus creating certain benchmarks of success. Once you have achieved your ear health goals, you can branch out into other musical genres but with great care not to expose yourself to loud, low frequencies (bass sounds) that could assault your stapedius muscle.

3. After you have achieved your goals
in left-brain dominance, you can add
other types of high-frequency music
to your Maintenance Program of
Focused Listening™. Avoid loud, low
frequencies such as drums that can
undo the healing.
